A multi award winning cheese (the latest being a Bronze in the 2025 World Cheese Awards), this Red Leicester is made on the Isle of Man--a self-governing British dependency in the Irish Sea between England and Ireland--by a creamery of the same name. Colored with annatto to give it a rich orange color, this cheddar-like cheese is made with milk from grass-fed cows from small family-owned dairies which are the backbone of this co-op. Enjoy with crackers or on sandwiches; shred over omelets, nachos, potatoes, rice or mac-n-cheese. Taste: Smooth, rich, nutty, and slightly sweet with a strong orange color.
