Made throughout Greece, Myzritha is made with milk and leftover whey from the production of other cheeses like Feta. Grate over all pasta dishes. Taste: Mild, salty; a great substitute for Ricotta Salata and Romano. Pairings: Wines or beer usually enjoyed with pasta; Chianti. Made with pasteurized sheep's milk. No rennet is added in the make of this cheese.
