Zebra Crossing is the newest artisan cheese made by Klein River Cheese, a family-run business for over 20 years. This South African creamery is 20 minutes from the South Atlantic Ocean where grass-fed Jersey cows milk is used to make this wine and crushed-olive rinded Gouda-style cheese. A nice addition to any cheese board. Taste: Firm; milky, slightly salty with notes of toasted macadamia nuts. Pairings: Fruity reds or a light white wines. Made with pasteurized cow's milk and vegetarian rennet.
