White Stilton® & Blue Stilton® are, in essence, the same cheese, but part ways when one has blue added to it, the other ‘fruit’. Clawson’s newest cheese, Sweet Sensations, doesn’t have fruit but toffee pieces that have been blended in to make a lovely dessert cheese. Bake into a crumble pie; enjoy as a dessert. Taste: Rich, crumbly, creamy with the buttery sweetness of the toffee; a cheesecake-like. Pairings: White Zinfandel. Made with pasteurized cow's milk and vegetarian rennet.
