Wensleydale, one of England’s oldest cheeses, is hand-made in North Yorkshire. Local limestone pastures give the cow’s milk a natural acidity and its unique flavor, for which it is famous, making it a natural partner to a fruit like blueberries. Serve as a lovely dessert cheese or add to a cheeseboard. Taste: Light and creamy with sweet and tangy of blueberries. Pairings: Sauvignon Blanc, Prosecco, Malbec or Pinot Noir; wheat beers. Made with pasteurized cow's milk and vegetarian rennet.
