A small, artisan mountain cheese, Tomme aux Fleurs is made by Swiss cheesemaker Walter Räss in Lenk, Switzerland and cave aged by Rodolphe Le Meunier’s in the Loire Valley, France. Tasting of the Alastian countryside, the rind is coated with Alpine herbs and flowers. Enjoy with Firehook crackers and your favorite chutney.
Taste: Firm, buttery, mellow, milky, herbal.
Pairings: Riesling.
Made with raw cow's milk and traditional rennet.
