Made in Bornholm, Denmark on an island situated in the Baltic Sea, Havarti was first developed by a 19th century Danish dairy pioneer named Hanne Nielsen and was named after her farm: Havartigaard. Enjoy alone or on a sandwich; try in a fondue. Taste: Mild with the aromatic scent and flavor of dill. Pairings: Sauvignon Blanc Made with pasteurized cow's milk and traditional rennet.
