Made at the LaClare Creamery in Malone, Wisconsin, this flavored chèvre is made with goat milk--not more than 10 miles of the creamery--and a blend of garlic, onion, parsley, marjoram, and oregano. Enjoy with crackers, bagels, fresh veg, mashed potatoes, wraps, sandwiches, paninis, or stuffed mushrooms. Taste: Milky, delicate, mild, tangy and herbal. Pairings: Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon; Ambers, Pilsners. Made with pasteurized goat's milk and vegetarian rennet.
