With a fat content of 35% - 40%, Isigny PDO Crème Fraîche is made by Master Cream-maker Norbert Constant using milk only from the Bessin and Cotentin regions of France—an area of lush grass with a high mineral content. Enjoy with fresh fruits, baked goods, warm soups, smoked salmon and desserts; Use in sauces, dips, dressings or whip into a Chantilly -type cream.
Taste: Creamy smooth, fresh and slightly acidic with milky notes.
Made with pasteurized cow's milk and traditional rennet.
