Inspired by the Wisconsin Old Fashioned (made with brandy) Holiday Cheer is made at the Blakesville Creamery in Port Washington, Michigan by cheesemaker Veronica Pedraza. Cherry leaves--soaked in Brandy--are hand-wrapped around truckles of chèvre that have a line of orange zest running through its center. Enjoy surrounded with sweet items like Amarena cherries, candied nuts and nougat. Taste: Fresh, rich, creamy, bright and citrusy. Pairings: Mulled Wine and Brandy Old Fashioneds. Made with pasteurized goat's milk and vegetarian rennet.
