Crafted in the Northern California foothills by artisanal cheese makers Shaft’s Cheese & C0 using traditional methods, Serendipity is made by hand-molding a 12 month cheddar and a 12 month blue cheese together. Use as a cheeseboard’s centerpiece; enjoy with a rustic bread, rye crackers, prosciutto or salami, green olives, fresh and dried fruits, nuts & honey.
Taste: Savory, creamy, and tangy; the sharp cheddar and salty blue is balanced.
Pairings: Port, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, ales and beers; hard cider.
Made with pasteurized cow:S milk and microbial rennet.
