In order to save the family farm, and help the local farmer, Tim Stone turned to cheesemaking. Located on the shores of Buzzards Bay in Marion Massachusetts, this multi award winning Blue is made in small batches and all process are done by hand. Enjoy with crackers and honey, with nuts and balsamic drizzled over fresh figs / poached pears; on salads and burgers.
Taste: Mild and creamy; tanginess and salt are balanced.
Pairings: Riesling; Barleywine (ale).
Made with raw cow's milk and vegetarian rennet.
