Fior D'Arancio Blue

Named after the sweet wine produced with Moscato grapes, this aromatic blue is made in Oderzo, Italy by cheesemaker Sergio Moro. He pierces the cheese, places it in barrels, and then bathes it for 30 days. Its last 3 months are spent aging on wooden planks and finally topped with candied orange peels. Enjoy in a salad or as a dessert. Taste: The taste is sweet, slightly salty; perfumed notes of mature fruits. Pairings: Dessert wines Made with pasteurized cow's milk and traditional rennet.
