Daneko Mycella Blue

A Danish version of Gorgonzola, DaneKo Blue—or you may remember it as Mycella Blue—is made in Bornholm, Denmark on an island situated in the Baltic Sea. A co-op of farmers supply the milk to this one and only creamery on the entire island. Enjoy on burgers or in salads.
Taste: Sharp, piquant and salty.
Pairings: Syrah.
Made with pasteurized cow's milk and traditional rennet.
