An artisan Raclette-style cheese, Reading is made at Spring Brook Farm in Reading, Vermont. All profits from their cheeses goes to their Farm’s For City Kids Foundation, allowing kids from nearby cities to learn and work on the farm helping with the cows, cheesemaking, fruit orchards, vegetables, and maple syrup production.
