All profits from their cheeses goes to their Farm’s For City Kids Foundation, allowing kids from nearby cities to learn and work on the farm helping with the cows, cheesemaking, fruit orchards, vegetables, and maple syrup production. Enjoy melted on potatoes or as a table cheese with chutneys.
Taste: Creamy and nutty with grassy
undertones.

Made with raw cow's milk and traditional rennet.
