Potz Blitz—and its sister cheese Schnebelhorn—is made by Güntensperger Käse AG, a cheesemaking family for over 130 years in the Toggenburg region of Switzerland. Local rural farms supply the milk to create this Silver winner of the 2023 World Cheese Awards and the EnAW (Energy Agency for Industry) Certificate in 2024. Enjoy on a cheeseboard, grated
over salads, casseroles, gratin, gnocchi, or casseroles; enjoyed by the Swiss at breakfast time.
Taste: Creamy, savory, spicy and a bit fruity.
