Crafted by expert cheesemaker Dominique Bouchait, this artisanal cheese is made in the town of Montrejeau, France at his family-owned company. Savory: charcuterie, olives, quiche Sweet: baguette, honey, figs, walnuts.
Taste: Complex, balanced, nutty sweetness, subtle fruity undertone, slightly tangy notes, long-lasting finish.
