Hand-made in the French Pyrenees Mountains from pure ewe’s milk, Petit Basque is made using the same traditional methods established by local shepherds hundreds of years earlier. Use as an appetizer, a snack with fruits, with grilled vegetables, or in salads. Taste: Creamy; sweet flavor, nutty finish. Pairings: Beaujolais, Merlot and Viognier. Made with pasteurized sheep's milk and traditional rennet.
