A gold and silver award winner, this 3-milk cheese is made in Castile–La Mancha, Spain by the García Baquero family. Cinco Lanzas is made with milk from farms in PDO areas—both on the plateau and in the mountains. The farms are also contributing to rural towns and villages by creating an area that is flourishing and worth living in. Enjoy with cured meats—chorizo and Serrano ham—quince paste, almonds, fig jam, fresh figs, and tart fruit jelly's. Taste: Rich, nutty, slightly tangy with notes of caramel and roasted nuts.
