Made in the Rhone-Alps region of France, and produced by the Guilloteau creamery, “Ultra-filtration” is used to create a creamy cheese with the texture of a triple cream and then infused with truffles. Enjoy with rustic bread, as a snack, or with apples, grapes and walnuts.
Taste: Creamy with notes of butter, salt and mushrooms
Pairings: Champagne or sparkling wine
Made with pasteurized cow's milk and traditional rennet.
