Made at their creamery in Buena Vista, Colorado by Buck & Bloom Cheese Co, a team of cheesemakers took over Jumping Good Goats facility in 2025. They are continuing the tradition of artisanal cheeses made in the Rocky Mountains starting with Mont Crème, a fresh spreadable cheese made with milk sourced from Colorado Cow. Spreadable and meltable; enjoy on baguettes or crackers with fresh fruit, jam or honey; add to baked dishes, eggs, potatoes, pasta, or sauces. Taste: Soft, creamy, rich, buttery and slightly tangy. Pairings: Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir; Pilsners, Lagers, Wheat beers; Hard apple cider. Made with pasteurized cow's milk and traditional rennet.
