This American Cheese Society silver medal winner is a hand- crafted, soft-ripened brie made at Plymouth Cheese in Plymouth, Vermont by cheesemaker Jesse Werner. Once the home of President Coolidge, the state of Vermont consented to Werner's proposal asking to continue the farms cheesemaking tradition. Enjoy with: crusty bread or multi grain cracker, apples, grapes or a favorite jam, salami or prosciutto, candied nuts, or a bit of honey. Taste: Creamy, buttery, milky, nutty, mushroomy and earthy with a savory finish. Pairings: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Champagne, Riesling. Made with pasteurized cow's milk and vegetarian rennet.
