Made in the Burgandy region of France, Delice de Bourgogne is a classic triple creme cheese - fresh cream is added to full fat milk making it at least 70% butterfat. Spread on crusty French bread; a great addition to a cheese board. Taste: A rich, creamy & buttery triple cream with notes of mushrooms. Pairings: Champagne, Cider. Made with pasteurized cow's milk and traditional rennet.
