Originally a hobby farm in the 70’s—which included two goats, a dozen chickens and pair of peacocks—LaClare Creamery in Malone, Wisconsin produces this goat mozzarella. Made exclusively with milk from family-owned goat farms, quick handling between the farms and the creamery provides clean flavored milk. Meltable and shreddable; enjoy on pizza, flatbread or an antipasto dish. Taste: Mild, creamy, and fresh.
