Claddagh Bó Irish Porter Cheddar
$0
Named for the Claddagh ring, a symbol of friendship, loyalty, and love, and Bó, Gaelic for cow, this Irish cheddar is made using a traditional recipe collected from South West Ireland. Hand crafted by the O’Doherty family at their Creamery in the County of Limerick, milk from cows allowed to graze outside year round, due to Ireland’s idyllic weather, is the heart of this cheese. Cheddar curds are married with Guinness Brewery’s Irish porter stout creating a lovely marbled effect.
Taste: Smooth and creamy.
Pairings: Enjoy with crackers and a Guinness beer.
Made with pasteurized cow's milk and microbial rennet.
