This Havarti, with added cream, is made in Bornholm, Denmark on an island situated in the Baltic Sea. A co-op of farmers supply the milk to this one and only creamery on the entire island. A table cheese always ready to melt; enjoy with fresh or dried fruits, nuts and a crusty bread. Taste: Rich, creamy and buttery. Pairings: Bordeaux, Gewurztraminer, Rioja, Tempranillo. Made with pasteurized cow's milk and microbial rennet.
