Blended with candied lemon peel, only seven dairies are licensed to make White Stilton. This is the same cheese as Blue Stilton, but without the introduction of the penicillium roqueforti mold. This is a dessert cheese that can be enjoyed alone. Taste: Mild, creamy, sweet and candied lemon zest. Pairings: Sauvignon Blanc. Made with pasteurized cow's milk and vegetable rennet.
