Made at Woodside Cheese Wrights by cheesemaker Kris Lloyd, Monet is an artisan chevre dressed up with organic edible flowers and seasonal herbs to create a visual triumph that gives a nod to Claude Monet’s personal gardens. “You only need two cheeses on your
platter. The Monet and a brie or camembert. It doesn’t need to be any more complicated than that,” explains Kris Lloyd. “If you want to get a little fancy, pick up a pint of fresh strawberries and some sticky, gooey honey. You’ll want to cut the berries in halves and pop them on to top of the
brie. Infuse your honey with some thyme or macadamia nuts and drizzle that over the brie and strawberries. It’s simple but absolutely heavenly!”
Taste: Bright, creamy and citrusy.
