The Bush Buff is a marriage of a fresh water buffalo cheese and an indigenous South Australian bush tomato that has been dried and smoked before being dusted onto the fresh curd. The milk comes from a buffalo dairy in Mypolonga, Australia where all the milk is exclusive to cheesemaker Kris Lloyd. Serve with hot baked potato, hot crusty bread, salads or antipasto.
Taste: Rich, creamy, and ‘spreadable’.
Pairings: Crisp white wine.
Made with pasteurized buffalo's milk and vegetarian rennet.
