Hand-made by the third generation of the Jacquin family Dairy in Frances Loire Valley, an area on the open plains much like Kansas, this artisan heart-shaped chevre is adorned with dried, edible flower petals. Pretty on a cheese board with crackers, nuts, fruit and honey; add to salad or dessert.
Taste: Soft, creamy, bright & herbaceous with floral notes.
Pairings: Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Chenin Blanc.
Made with pasteurized goat's milk and traditional rennet.
