Hand-made by the third generation of the Jacquin family Dairy in Frances Loire Valley, an area on the open plains much like Kansas, this artisan chevre is rolled in dried, edible rose petals. Pretty on a cheese board with a crusty bread or crackers & honey. Taste: Fresh, soft, creamy, and bright with herbal notes. Pairings: Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Chenin Blanc, Chablis. Made with pasteurized goat's milk and traditional rennet.
