Artisanal and hand-made, this goat milk cheese is made in Jumilla, Spain. Grazing in an area famous for its wines, the rugged Murcian goat forages alongside their shepherds over the barren plains of La Mancha and end up producing a milk that is sweeter than other breeds. Try drizzled with olive oil; spread on a baguette with honey or fig; enjoy with pasta, egg dishes or salads.
Taste: Creamy, bright, mildly goaty; slightly sweet and fruity.
Pairings: Crisp white wine, Prosecco.
Made with pasteurized goat's milk and traditional rennet.
