Grazing in an area famous for its wines, the rugged Murcian goat forages alongside their shepherds over the barren plains of La Mancha and end up producing a milk that is sweeter than other breeds. Versatile; serve on salad; add to pasta dishes; spread on sandwiches; serve on a cheese plate with olives and dried fruit.
Taste: Creamy, milky, grassy, bright, mildly goaty with a sweet, herb finish.
