Drawing from the beauty and flavors of Southern Oregon’s Rogue River Valley, Rogue Creamery created these blue rounds that are hand-wrapped in local Carpenter Hill Vineyard Syrah leaves that have been macerated in pear brandy. Enjoy with poached pears; in a ‘hazelnut’ salad; cheese plate. Taste: Forward, well-aged flavor tastes of brandy, fruit and burnt cream. Pairings: Viognier, Gewürztraminers, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, dessert wines. Made with raw cow's milk and vegetarian rennet. Certified organic.
