A Super Gold medal winner at the 2022 World Cheese Awards, Bluehorn is made in southern Oregon’s Rogue River Valley by Rogue Creamery--originally started to support their local dairy farmers during the Great Depression. After aging in a cheese cave, each wheel is then soaked in an organic red wine blend from Troon Vineyard--where they also source the leaves for their famous Rogue River Blue cheese.
