This Gouda-like gourmet cheese is made in Holland by a farmer-owned dairy co-op whose livestock are grass fed and allowed to roam free most of the year. Enjoy as an hors d’oeuvre, in or as part of an after-dinner cheese. Taste: Dense, rich creamy, nutty; sweet butterscotch or caramel notes. Pairings: Cotes du Rhone or an Ale.
