Made by Avery Jones at Shooting Star Creamery—a space she shares with her parents, owners of Central Coast Creamer — in Paso Roble, California. At 15, she created her first cheese which took 3rd place at the American Cheese Society awards in 2019. Avery—currently a college student—has 4 cheeses under her belt, Sagittarius having won best in its class at the 2022 World Championship Cheese Contest. Enjoy paired with salty or savory
items; in grilled cheese omelets.
Taste: Gouda-like; rich, sweet and savory.

Made with pasteurized cow and sheep's milk and vegetarian rennet.
