Midnight Moon, a gouda-style cheese, is produced in Holland and imported to the United States by Cypress Grove Chevre. The cheese is aged in Holland for 3 months and again in the U.S. for an additional 3 months. Enjoy with charcuteries and fruit; spread fig preserves on top; try in classic mac & cheese.
Taste: Nutty and brown-buttery, with
prominent caramel notes.
Pairings: Rhone style wine or dry sherry.
Made with pasteurized goat's milk and vegetarian rennet.
