This Gooda, but not a Gouda because of the slightly higher fat content, is made by a Dutch, farmer-owned co-op whose livestock are 100% grass fed. Basil and garlic has been seasoned throughout. Melt, slice, or grate; enjoy on bagels and in omelets. Taste: Creamy, smooth and rich with savory basil and garlic flavors. Pairings: Chianti or Zinfandel; beer. Made with pasteurized cow's milk and vegetarian rennet.
