This Gooda, but not Gouda because of the slightly higher fat content, is made by a Dutch, farmer-owned co-op, whose livestock are 100% grass fed. Basil and garlic has been seasoned throughout. Melt, slice, or grate this cheese into eggs, or enjoy it on a bagel.
