Crafted for the American palette, Ewephoria was developed by a Seattle cheese importer in cooperation with a small Dutch farm located near a nature preserve, where the sheep are allowed to graze. The farmer’s wife was quoted to say “that the sheep eat better than her two sons”. Enjoy as a snack or as a dessert with fruit or melted on a pie. Taste: Smooth, sweet and nutty. Pairings: Sherry or a Porter. Made with pasteurized sheep's milk and microbial rennet.
