A two time gold medal winner of the World Cheese Championship, this artisan goat cheese, is made by a Dutch, farmer-owned co-op whose livestock are 100% grass fed and goats graze freely on grasslands of the Dutch polder. Pair on a cheese board with: a crusty baguette or savory crackers, fresh and dried fruits (figs, apples, pears, & apricots), walnuts or pecans, honey or fig jam, Prosciutto and olives; grate over salads or dishes like, pasta, risotto and omelets. Taste: Nutty with flavors of caramel. Pairings: Sparkling whites, Riesling, Gruner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or light Pinot Noir. Made with pasteurized goat's milk and vegetarian rennet.
