Named after the patron saint of the city of St. Gallen, Switzerland, Gallus won the best semi-hard cheese award at the World Cheese Championship in March 2020. Made in the Toggenburg valley by a small family-owned dairy, it is then aged in a climate controlled cellar that helps give this cheese its unique spicy taste.
