artisanal, hand-made cayenne infused
cheese is made in an area rich in history and heritage. Cheesemakers here collect and use milk from animals adapted to browsing the scrubby Mediterranean hillsides for grasses and herbs. An authentic Spanish sandwich: thinly slice on a baguette with Serrano Ham, tomato, greens and olive oil.
