It is a well travelled cheese by the time it gets to you! Showcase on a cheese platter. Taste: Creamy, smooth yet sharp with a sweet fruity finish. Pairings: Amarone - it will enhance the cheese even more. Made with pasteurized sheep's milk and traditional rennet.
