Artisanal and hand-made, this herb-encrusted cheese is made in Jumilla, Spain, an area famous, not only for its Murciana goat milk, but for its wines, and where the coastal terrains yield to the plains of La Mancha. Enjoy with a baguette or crackers; strawberries, dried cranberries, or green apple; with chorizo or on a ham sandwich; with olives.
Taste: Mildly tart and creamy with the flavor of rosemary throughout.
