Avery has 4 cheeses under her belt including Leo, a buttery camembert-like cheese made of 100% sheep's milk. Enjoy on a crusty baguette or favorite cracker with fresh or dried fruits, jam or honey.
Taste: Smooth, creamy, tangy, grassy; notes of sweet cream, mushrooms, chives and garlic; firm when young, soft & gooey when fully ripe.
Pairings: Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc; Apple Cider.
Made with pasteurized sheep's milk and vegetarian rennet.
