Made in Seine-et-Marne, France, Pierre Robert is the creation of Robert Rouzaire and his friend Pierre, makers of Brillat-Savarin. Choosing to cave age their triple crème even longer enabled the Brillat to further develop its flavor and become even more rich! Look for the small whimsical bump present on every uppermost rind. Serve at room temperature with grapes, dates and walnuts. Taste: Mild, extremely rich and buttery. Pairings: Chenin Blanc, Syrah, Muscat, Champagne, or Sauternes. Made with pasteurized cow's milk and traditional rennet.
