Made by Montchevre, this hand crafted, French inspired bucheron is the result of two French born cheesemakers, Arnaud Solandt and Jean Rossard, who combined their skills to develop a cheesemaking business in Wisconsin that specializes in French style cheeses. Enjoy in salads or on a cheeseboard. Taste: When young: tangy, sharp notes and flavors of mushrooms; becomes “gooier” with age. Pairings: Red Bordeaux, Sancerre and dessert wines. Made with pasteurized goat's milk and vegetarian rennet.
